HISTORIC RESTAURANT FOR OVER 50 YEARS AND THREE GENERATIONS

In the verdant plateau of Planaval, embraced by scented woods of La Salle, a few kilometres from Courmayeur and from the splendid thermal baths of Pré-Saint-Didier, a renowned lodge of mountain as a backdrop for a wellness and relaxation holiday.

Born in the 50s as lodging for smugglers, who crossed Col Serena from Switzerland, today La Jolie Bergère becomes a historic place with an increasingly typical and characteristic feature. Mirror of the valdostan tradition, it stands outs for its innovative but typically genuine kitchen and for its intimate and familiar athmosphere.

A relaxing and enjoyable stop in our restaurant can not miss. You can taste an authentic and creative kitchen. The very fresh products are costant and very required and, in summer, they arrive directly from our alpine pasture, over the wide valley of Planaval. The use of the products of the area and the wild grass, directly chosen and collected by the Chef., is a characteristic of the dishes.
