CONDITIONS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

For the stay of just one night, the room will be counted with B&B formula and the dinner will be counted separately (tasting menu at euro 40 per person, cover included, homemade bread and service - drinks not included - or menù à la carte).

Half board is possible for the stay of minimum two nights.

BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR STAY, WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO PREVIOUSLY INFORM US ABOUT POSSIBLE FOOD INTOLERANCES, ALLERGIES, PARTICULAR DIETS.

UNFORTUNATELY, NOT IN ALL CASES, OUR KITCHEN CAN SATISFY NEEDS OF THIS KIND, THEREFORE IT IS IMPORTANT TO INFORM US IN ADVANCE.

IN CASE THIS COMMUNICATION IS SENT AFTER THE CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION AND THE HOTEL CAN'T SATISFY THE REQUEST, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE ABLE TO CANCEL THE STAY WITH THE RETURN OF THE DEPOSIT (ONLY IF THIS COMMUNICATION HAS ARRIVED BY 20/30 GG BEFORE THE STAY, ACCORDING TO THE CONDITIONS REPORTED ON THE CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION, OTHERWISE THE HOTEL KEEPS THE AMOUNT AS PROVIDED BY THE CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION).

Animals are welcome upon previous request and in the limit of education. For the stay in hotel, a supplementary cost of 10 euro per day is provided. Any damage caused by the animal will be charged on the final bill of the room. In the respects of the other guests of the hotel, it is absolutely forbidden to leave the animal in the structure. It is preferable to bring just an animal per room. If necessary to bring the animal in the restaurant, the Management reserves the right to give the customer a table apart for the meal.

IMPORTANT: when confirming the stay it will be required the payment of a deposit. It will be compulsory to proceed with the operation by 3 days to avoid loosing the reservation of the room.
